Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor enters a name, place, or other term in a search box, that query passes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Stone County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
